- Put the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water completely with an extra inch of water over the eggs.
- Add one teaspoon of salt to the water.
- Bring the eggs to boil over high heat, you want a good rolling boil for a minute or two.
- Remove the pot from the heat, and cover. Let the eggs sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove eggs from water with a slotted spoon, when cool enough to handle peel!
- Also, peeling eggs under cool water helps.
Now, if you didn't want to do all that, you could always just get an Eggstractor!
